Our products come with a 90-day usage warranty
To claim a warranty, please refer to the "Claim Procedure" listed below.
Customized Products:
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the personalized nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order on our part (validating the final approved sketch).

Usage Damage
The customer is responsible for the care of their products. The "claims' department with evaluate
whether it was a manufacturing defect or improper product handling.
Design Approval:
Preliminary Approval:
Before production, we will send a preliminary design for the customers approval.
Final Approval:
Once the customer approves the design, no further changes can be made. Design approval is final.
Design Review:
It is 100% the customers responsibility to carefully review the design, as the final product will be a faithful copy of the approved design.
Total Payment:
To proceed with production, we require full payment at the time of final approval.
Defects or Errors in the Order:
Problem Notification:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. After that time, we are no longer responsible.
Required Proof:
The customer will be required to provide photos of the defect or error so we can evaluate the situation.
Resolution Options:
In the case of a defect or error, we will offer the option of product replacement at no cost
Claim Procedure:
Contact:
Send an email to Skyhighsilverco@gmail.com with your order number, a description of your issue, and photos of the product.
Evaluation:
We will review your claim and respond within 7 business days.
Manufacturing & Shipping Time:
Manufacturing Time:
The estimated manufacturing time for our product is 5-7 weeks from the final design approval.
Shipping Time:
Shipping time varies depending on the service chosen by the customer.
We can ship with USPS, Fedex, and UPS at this time. It is 100% the customers responsibility to provide us with the date the product is needed by to ensure we ship accordingly.
Shipping Responsibility:
Courier Service:
Once we deliver the product to the courier service, the delivery responsibility rests entirely with the courier company. The customer is responsible for monitoring their shipment
Shipping Address:
It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate and error-free address. A lost or undelivered package due to an incorrect address is the customer responsibility, and we cannot be held liable in these cases. You will need to place a new order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Sky High Silver is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Sky High Silver is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material, take pictures of damaged products, boxes and packaging material before filing a claim.
Exceptions:
Incorrect Customization:
We do not accept returns or exchanges if the customization requested by the customer is incorrect (lettering, figures, colors, and stone errors).
Design Review:
It is 100% the customers responsibility to carefully review and authorize the design, as the final product will be a faithful copy of the approved design. If a mistake was made, a new order will need to be placed.
